Please note that Sat Nav directions may take you past our cottage and further along Brackenhill Lane! Oakdene Cottage is a cream building with a round window on the side.
From the North
Leave A1M at Junction 44 (A64) and follow A64 towards York then bear left onto A659 towards Tadcaster and follow this road for 2 miles into the town centre.
At the traffic lights next to petrol station turn right onto A162 towards Sherburn-in-Elmet.
After 2 miles turn left onto B1223 towards RAF Church Fenton / Ulleskelf / Selby.
Proceed through Ulleskelf and stay on this road for 2 miles until you pass the entrance to Leeds East Airport on your left.
After you enter the 30 speed limit to Church Fenton, prepare to arrive at Oakdene Cottage at the T junction with the road to Ryther and Cawood.
From M62 East / West or A1 South
Leave M62 at Junction 32A and follow A1(M) North.
Leave A1(M) at Junction 42 (A63) and follow A63 towards Selby.
At roundabout, turn left onto A162 towards Sherburn-in-Elmet.
At second roundabout turn right onto B1222 towards Cawood.
Follow this road for 3 miles, and at crossroads turn LEFT to Biggin & Church Fenton.
Proceed through the village of Biggin and follow this country lane to T junction. Leeds East Airport will be in front of you.
Turn left onto Brackenhill Lane and follow this to the end; at the T junction is Oakdene Cottage on your right – cream cottage with circular window.
By Rail
If you are arriving by train at Church Fenton Station, your hosts Cathryn and John will be happy to collect you on arrival at the station.
